In the collapsed reply to my comment on the WOWie interview above, I added an official YouTube link for one of the videos. I didn't see it on the ConciergeQ's channel on YouTube when I posted the comment (links to their site with brightcove videos) so they must have made it public on YT recently and the quality (1080p HD) is better than the brightcove one so it might be helpful for people if it (and the ones on the ConciergeQ site if you haven't) is added to the OP.
