Glam Nation Live Gifting Post

I went to Itunes US and they said Gift could only be redeemed from the store from which it originated so I guess that I can't gift outside of the US. I will do some follow up research.

You can gift outside the US if your recipient opens a "fake" iTunes US Account.
I pre-ordered my copy on AO. Not sure how long it will take to travel all the way to Italy, though. I'm impatient!!!
