New News Layout  


As we've been reorganizing Hoopla in anticipation of the second album, we have a poll. Also, if you would like to help with making the new layout glittery, let us know. Discussion is always welcome.

OT but pleeze help anyway?
I am desperately searching for the News Update prior to the one on Feb 15 2011. I don't know the date, it is just the one prior to Feb 15.

Can anyone tell me how to find it? Thank you tons, and as always, ty all of you for all the work you do for us!!!

For the most part I just keep up with the News update post but I love the fact that I have a place I can find anything and everything Adam if I need to. So far I've not had any trouble finding stuff.

As I said on Twitter, when the new album art/theme is revealed, I'd totally be up to redesigning the site layout for it! :D

I end up using this as a way to keep up with news as it comes in, so I tend to read the comments section the most.

If I am looking for a specific mention in the past I end up using find as a way to get it. The hardest part is finding the right date entry to find what I am looking for. One possibly thought is to have more master posts that are split by resource rather than by date?

The media index does that. Maybe it needs to be more visible?

Given that I am not even sure what you mean exactly with Media Index, that seems likely. From the main page there is a link to Media Info, but that is just the memory and I am guessing that is not what you meant. Maybe another link in that section to the Index would make it more visible.

As to how often the news updates should be, I'm totally fine with whenever the mods can comfortably manage it. I mean, srsly, I can only imagine how much hard work it takes to do it (especially during media blitz). I'm lucky that I still have Hoopla to rely on whenever I need solid news/media. I'll take what I can get, really :D
